CODE OF CONDUCT

The Academy is built for serious work. The expectation is that Players show up, do the work, and treat each other with respect.

What that looks like in practice: contribute honestly, ask real questions, share what you're actually learning. Disagree on substance. Don't attack the person.

What gets you removed: harassment of any other Player, doxxing or sharing private information, hate speech, spam or self-promotion that takes from the community without giving back, and any behavior that fragments the build rather than strengthens it.

We don't moderate by committee. If something needs to be addressed, Nick or the Academy team addresses it. Decisions are final. The goal is keeping the space coherent for the Players who are here to do the work.
