For account issues with The Human Game App, billing questions, or refund requests, email is the right channel. We'll resolve most things in one or two replies.

If there's a real dispute, like a billing problem we can't solve, a question of access, or a concern about how a policy was applied, email us first and we'll work through it directly. We've never had a dispute we couldn't resolve by talking.

If for some reason we can't reach agreement, formal disputes are handled under the laws of the jurisdiction where Nick Zei and the Academy operate. The details are in the full legal text below. In practice this almost never matters; talk to us first.
