The content on this site, the design system, the brand vocabulary (including locked terms like "The Human Game," "Empire Interference," and "the work"), the podcast episodes, the essays, and the app's source code are owned by Nick Zei and the Academy.

You can quote short passages with attribution. You can share links to anything on the site. You can reference the framework in your own work and credit it.

You cannot reproduce full episodes, full essays, or substantial portions of any work without permission. You cannot use the brand vocabulary or visual system to build a competing product. You cannot strip attribution and pass the work off as your own.

If you want to use something more substantial than a short quote, ask. Email team@thehumangame.app. We're generally happy to say yes to Players doing serious work and citing properly.
