REFUND POLICY

Founder subscriptions to The Human Game App come with a 7-day refund window. If you decide it's not for you inside the first 7 days of your Founder purchase, email team@thehumangame.app and we'll refund you in full.

After the 7-day window, Founder subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep Founder access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Free Players using The Human Game App up to Level 10 have nothing to refund. The free tier stays free.

If you cancel a Founder subscription in error, or if there's a billing issue, email us. We handle these case by case and try to do right by the Player.
